What results can I expect from Panthera coaching?
With Panthera online personal training, you can expect real, measurable progress if you stay consistent and follow the plan. Most clients see improvements in strength, fitness, body composition, and confidence within the first few weeks!

How much is a women's PT or run coach?
Online personal training and women's run coaching starts from £80/month.
What is your cancellation policy?
I understand that things can change. You can cancel your coaching at any time after the first three months, by giving one month's notice.
Who will coach me?
Panthera is led by me, Emily Jones, a qualified personal trainer, run coach and pre and postnatal exercise specialist. I offer personalised guidance and direct access to me via WhatsApp as we work together to achieve your goals.
