Online coaching process
The Panthera process is simple, flexible, and built around you. It’s designed around three core pillars: Build, Train and Review.
Build: Following onboarding and benchmarking, Emily will create your bespoke training plan working around your personal schedule.
Train: Over to you! This your time to put in the effort that will help you realise your goals.
Review: Whilst there are regular WhatsApp check-ins to tweak and adapt your plan, you’ll have a monthly video call to review your progress and look ahead.
