Here are some of the most common questions I get asked about run coaching - and how to know if it’s the right fit for you.
Am I the right person for run coaching?
Absolutely! Whether you’re just starting out or chasing a big endurance goal, Panthera coaching is designed to support runners at every stage. My clients range from first-time 5K runners to ultra-marathoners - and everything in between. If you're curious, drop me a message. I’m always happy to talk things through with no obligation.
How much does run coaching cost?
Run coaching is priced at a flat rate of £90 per month. This includes personalised weekly training plans with TrainingPeaks integration, tailored strength and conditioning, monthly 1:1 check-ins, full data analysis, and daily support via WhatsApp.
What is your cancellation policy?
I understand that things can change. You can cancel your plan at any time after the first three months, by giving one month's notice.
Will a coach help with things besides running?
Your running plan includes strength and conditioning at no extra cost - because it’s a key part of getting stronger and staying injury-free. Whether you work out at home or in the gym, your sessions are tailored to suit you. Cross-training is part of the Panthera philosophy - I believe in training smart, not just hard.
Who will coach me?
Panthera is led by England Athletics-accredited running coach and Level 2 certified Gym Instructor Emily Jones. As your coach, Emily offers personalised guidance, and you’ll have direct access to her via WhatsApp whenever you need support.
